Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) test-chip that has been designed using a novel chargerecovery logic family, called Enhanced Boost Logic (EBL), to achieve high-speed and low-power operation. EBL achieves increased gate overdrive, resulting in low latency overhead over static CMOS design. The test-chip has been fabricated in a 0.13 m CMOS process with a fullyintegrated 3 nH inductor. The biquad filter has the 2nd order filter design in the poles of 2. Optimized for performance and density, fully Paramerized consists of the frequency range is 365–600 MHz.
